Ordered beach towels for myself and hubby, received an email probably two weeks later apologising that the company had made an error and printed and shipped the wrong size towels. Oak bay admitted totally their fault, that the correct size would be processed and shipped asap, and that we could keep the smaller ones as a gesture of good faith. Email received last week to say shipment had been dispatched, and they arrived today - just as ordered
